2.    The Adjudicator will be asked whether a short list is required. Otherwise, all entries will be submitted.

3.    In the event that a short list is required, the Competition Secretary will organize a group of not less than two and preferably four persons to select a short list. Only persons who have not entered the competition may take part in short list selection.

4.    It will be the responsibility of the Competition Secretary to:

    -    notify winner and all commended entrants

    -    publish the results on the Cafe Writers website

    -    reply to all pre-paid envelopes.

5.    All entries will be given a number and will be short-listed and judged anonymously
